RALPH V. FINK (The River Reporter) Ralph V. Fink of San Diego, CA, formerly of Sparrowbush, NY, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at his home. He was 82. He was born on July 10, 1927 in Port Jervis, NY, the son of the late John R. and Edith Hall Fink.
